General

The basics

What areas do you actually cover?+

All of Kissimmee and the surrounding Central Florida area — Orlando, Poinciana, Celebration, Hunter's Creek, St. Cloud, Buenaventura Lakes and Lake Nona included. If your ZIP code starts with 34, chances are we're already nearby. Not sure? Just call.

Do you seriously come to where I am?+

Yes. Your driveway, a parking lot at work, or the shoulder of the road — our mechanic shows up with the tools and parts to handle most jobs on the spot.

What makes this different from a regular shop?+

No dropping the car off, no rental car, no waiting room. A trained mechanic arrives with dealer-grade diagnostic gear, so most repairs wrap up in one visit, right where you're parked.

What kind of space do you need to work?+

Any flat, safe spot with room to move around the vehicle — driveways, curbside and parking lots all work fine. We can't work in active traffic lanes or some multi-level garages with clearance limits, and we'll flag it if you need to move the car a short distance first.

Booking & Availability

Getting on the schedule

How do I actually book a visit?+

Call +1 (407) 873-0569, message us on WhatsApp, or use the contact form. Give us your plate number, ZIP code and what's going on, and we'll tell you a rough cost and arrival time right away.

Is 24/7 really 24/7?+

Yes — including Christmas Day and New Year's. Overnight and weekend calls for dead batteries and no-starts are common for us.

How soon can someone get to me?+

Usually 30–60 minutes across Kissimmee for urgent calls, depending on traffic and where you are. Planned work like servicing or brakes gets a scheduled slot so you can build your day around it.

Can I pick a specific time?+

Sure. Choose morning, afternoon or evening and we'll text or call when the mechanic is on the way.

Can I reschedule or cancel?+

Yes, just let us know as early as you can. No charge for moving your slot — we'll find one that fits.

Pricing & Payment

What it costs and how you pay

How do you work out pricing?+

Parts plus a fixed labor time for the job, calculated the same way for every customer. We quote before starting and hold to it, explaining exactly what's included.

Is there a call-out charge?+

No separate call-out fee. Travel is baked into the quoted price, so what we say on the phone is what lands on your invoice.

What can I pay with?+

Card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash when the job's done. Fleet and business customers can be set up on monthly account terms with one invoice.

Is diagnostics billed separately?+

Diagnostics is its own line item, but it's credited fully toward the repair if you go ahead with us that same day — so it's never a double charge.

Could the price change mid-job?+

Only if we uncover something else that genuinely needs fixing. We'll always call to explain and agree a new number before touching anything else.

Services & Repairs

What we can and can't do at the roadside

What can be done on-site versus at a shop?+

Brakes, batteries, servicing, diagnostics, AC, tires, suspension, sensors, belts and most electrical issues can all be handled at your location. Transmission removal, certain clutch jobs and full engine strip-downs need a proper lift — we'll tell you honestly rather than attempt it in your driveway.

Do you handle EVs and hybrids?+

We service hybrids and handle routine EV maintenance like brakes, tires and 12V battery work. High-voltage battery work goes to a specialist EV technician for safety.

Can you do my safety inspection?+

Florida's state safety inspection has to happen at an approved station, but we'll run a pre-inspection check and fix common failure points at your address so the retest goes quickly.

What parts do you use?+

OE or OE-matched parts from trusted suppliers as standard. Genuine manufacturer parts are available on request, usually for a small price difference.

Vehicles & Compatibility

Which cars we work on

Which makes and models are covered?+

Basically everything mainstream — compacts, family sedans, SUVs and trucks — across gas, diesel, hybrid and EV. Ask us about your specific model if you're not sure.

Do you service vans and commercial vehicles?+

Yes, we regularly work on vans, taxis and light trucks for both individual owners and local businesses.

What about older or classic cars?+

Usually, yes. Tell us the age and model up front so we can check parts availability before you book.

Can I bring my own parts?+

You can, though the guarantee then only covers our labor, not the part you supplied. We'll always check it's the right part before we fit it.

Emergency & Roadside

If you're stuck right now

What actually counts as an emergency?+

Anything that leaves you stranded or unsafe — no-start, breakdown mid-drive, flat tire, or a warning light that's got you worried. Call any time.

What should I do while waiting?+

Get somewhere safe if you can, hazards on, and stay visible and clear of live traffic. We'll call to confirm arrival and talk you through anything urgent in the meantime.

Will I need a tow, or can you fix it there?+

Most breakdowns get fixed right on the spot. If it truly needs shop equipment, we'll tell you straight away and help line up a tow.

Is it safe having work done curbside?+

Yes. Our mechanics set up warning triangles, hazard lights and hi-vis gear, and won't work anywhere they consider unsafe — we may ask you to move the car a short distance first.

Warranty & Guarantee

What's covered after we leave

Is there a guarantee on repairs?+

Yes — 12 months on parts and labor for anything we did, subject to normal wear and correct use.

What if the same problem shows up again?+

We come back out and fix it at no extra charge, no questions asked.

Does this affect my manufacturer warranty?+

No. Servicing to the manufacturer's schedule with correct-spec parts keeps your warranty protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and we give you a digital service record as proof.

Are your mechanics insured?+

Yes. Every technician works under our public liability and motor trade insurance, covering both your vehicle and any accidental damage to your property.

Fleet & Business

For fleets and business accounts

Do you set up business accounts?+

Yes. Contract customers get monthly account terms and one consolidated invoice instead of paying job by job.

Can you plan services around a fleet schedule?+

Yes. We can schedule inspections around mileage and safety inspection dates, with overnight or off-hours servicing to avoid downtime.

Do you work with taxis and courier vehicles?+

Definitely — from a single company car up to a full fleet, it's one of our most requested services.

Can you provide compliance paperwork?+

Yes, digital service and defect records for every vehicle, ready for compliance checks or driver handovers.
